My name is Vicki from Tennessee:
When I first placed my order I was notified that it would be after the
first of the year before I would receive my order. (Not a problem I knew
this, but all the same I was contacted, that was very important!) I was also
later contacted and received confirmation that my order had been shipped.
When I first received my order I was so excited. I opened the package with
the space saver coffee maker, great! But when I opened the box with the
coffee grinder I was upset that it was damaged. I used the email address on
the packing slip to make my complaint but no response. I went back to the
web site to find how to return a product, sent an email no response.
BUT..... I sent an email to David whom had been informing me about my order.
When I told him my problem he immediately took care of the situation. His
efforts were fast and efficient so I feel confident that I will receive
the very best of service the next time I place an order. Thanks!!!!
