Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons dry active yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/8 cup warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons sugar
Method
Measure out the flour and then add all other ingredients. Mix dough for approx. 10 minutes. Grease a large bowl with olive oil, and then put the dough in the bowl, turning to coat the dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth leave to rise in a warm place until double in size. Punch down dough and divide as needed. Add cornmeal on your pan and then roll the dough right on the pan. Cover again and let rise about an hour. Then shape and add your toppings. Bake at 500F for about 15 minutes, but check it before the time is up as all oven temperatures vary.
Tip: Brush dough with olive oil before adding toppings to help prevent a soggy crust.
Makes two medium or four personal size pizzas.
