Always remember that there are certain Administrative Procedures to follow when issuing a Return, as outlined below, but we are committed to a "No Fuss" Return Policy so as to make it as easy as possible for you to return your purchase if necessary. You will find that we are rather easy to deal with.
1.) Inspect all items Immediately upon delivery.
2.) Damages and Shortages must be reported to returns@acooksbestfriend.com within 15 DAYS of delivery.
3.) Defective Products must be returned to us in Original Packaging with all accessories and owners manual.
4.) Defective products returned to us that have been modified, damaged or abused will not be accepted for replacement or credit.
5.) IMPORTANT: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
6.) To get an Return Authorization Number email us at, returns@acooksbestfriend.com
7.) Your Return Authorization Number must be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
8.) The returned item must include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "Return Shipping Address".
9.) Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
10.) Any returned package that does not have a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender.
11.) All claims for Returns must be made within 90 DAYS after receiving shipment.
12.) Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
13.) Request for Cancellations should be sent by email to returns@acooksbestfriend.com A 20% restocking fee will apply.
14.) All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase.
15.) Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer's warranty.
16.) We agree, at our option to Repair or Replace any defective merchandise during the 90 DAY Warranty Period.
17.) A 20% Restocking Fee will apply on Non-Defective Returns.
